Landscapes Around the United States
August 11, 2014 - Visiting the city I was born in, I spent one afternoon walking around the downtown area. Seeing the old Kodak building I started looking for the right location to capture this iconic building. I determined I needed some elevation to capture the type of image I imagining. I found the right location and it seems fitting that a once grand company should be in the background. Available Sizes: 40" x 40"; 30" x 30"; 24" x 24"; 18" x 18" Limited Edition - 75
December 5, 2013 - The storm passed leaving subzero temperatures and a blanket of white across the Colorado Rockies. With morning temperatures at -15 F and crystal clear blue skies I got my gear ready and hiked the hills around Vail looking for scenes to shoot. Clear blue skies set against the snowy peaks of the 13,000 foot Gore Range in the background and snow covered plants frame homes in the foreground set this image. Available Sizes: 30" x 60"; 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" LE - 75
December 5, 2013 - The day after a storm dropped twelve inches of snow I was hiking some trails in West Vail and looking for a scene to shoot against the bluest skies I've laid my eyes on. Then I came across this scene - the unmistakable white bark and markings of Aspen trees growing on the slope of a hill covered with a fresh blanket of snow contrast against the brilliant blue skies. Too beautiful to ignore. Available Sizes: 40" x 60"; 32" x 48"; 24" x 36"; 16" x 24" Limited Edition - 50
July 27, 2013 - Traveling down the 101 freeway my wife and I see this old dilapidated house in this farmland community and decide to investigate. We learned it was built in 1897 for James Redman. My wife wanted a picture of this house suitable for halloween, therefore I transformed my colored image into a sepia and added some blurring for additional effects. Available Sizes: 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" Limited Edition - 350
November 1, 2013 - An early morning storm departs leaving pristine skies and exceptional visibility over Shenandoah Valley. Although trees at the top of the mountains were getting bare (past peak), the valley was showing it's best fall colors. Available Sizes: 30" x 60"; 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" Limited Edition - 75
October 31, 2013 - A tour of the Luray Caverns in Virginia, we came across this shallow underground pool that was so clear and still, it perfectly captured the reflection of the stalactites. Only the shadows reveal which are the actual formations and which is the reflection. Available Sizes: 30" x 60"; 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" Limited Edition - 350
October 30, 2013 - A crisp and clear moonless autumn night tour of the national monuments yielded this view of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial as seen from the Martin Luther King Memorial. I love how our national monuments are laid out in such a way that viewed from specific angles you can see other monuments in the background. Available Sizes: 30" x 60"; 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" Limited Edition - 75
June 20, 2012 - A beautiful summer night and a great view of the Las Vegas strip and the Bellagio Fountains. Available Sizes: 24" x 48"; 18" x 36"; 12" x 24" Limited Edition - 50
December 5, 2013 - Using a Red Filter in post processing created this pure black and white image of fresh snow covered Aspens on a cold but sunny day in Vail, CO. The filter gave the appearance this image was taken on the darkest of nights. This is the black and white image of the photograph titled "Blue & White". Available Sizes: 40" x 60"; 32" x 48"; 24" x 36"; 16" x 24" Limited Edition - 50
